Very pleasant experience. Staff and Dr very professional and nice. Very clean and large enough waiting room you don’t have to sit by another sick person. Got in and out quickly. Will definitely go again when I need.

I cannot recommend this location due to a distinct lack of professionalism and effective care. My experience with provider Chelsea Lucas was disappointing; I felt my prior medical history was ignored and my concerns were treated with condescension. This visit was ultimately unproductive, necessitating that I take additional time off work to visit my primary care physician to receive the appropriate treatment, a redundancy that should have been avoided. This is a recurring issue with this facility. During a previous visit, my request for a specific course of treatment was refused, resulting in a month-long illness that was only resolved when my primary care physician prescribed that exact medication. The staff here are absolute angels ❤️ So sweet and kind. Essence checked me in and was super helpful with answering all my questions/concerns. Kailey (PA) and Edith made me feel super comfortable during my exams. Also the prices are amazing 🤩
