MD Kids Pediatrics

I love it here! I actually left the pediatrician I had since I was little (who also saw my kids) to come here — that alone should say a lot! These ladies are AMAZING. From the front desk, Maria is always so friendly, and we adore Joanna — she’s bubbly, welcoming, answers all my questions, and always gets back to me quickly if I need anything. Nurse Priscilla is incredibly sweet, helpful, and informative. She’s one of the main reasons I made the switch — when it comes to vaccines, she is SO gentle with all three of my babies. And of course, the doctors, Char and Stephanie, are amazing! The office, exam rooms, and restroom are always very clean and well-kept. I couldn’t be happier with the care my kids receive here.

I absolutely love MD Pediatrics! From the moment we walk in, everyone is so kind, gentle, and welcoming. The doctors and staff truly care about their patients, and they always take the time to listen and make sure my child feels comfortable. They are patient, sweet, and explain everything clearly, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. My child actually looks forward to visits here, and that speaks volumes. I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician’s office highly recommend to any parent looking for outstanding care!

This is by far one of the cleanest office and also nicest staff I’ve met. Took my kids to another location for years and was planning on taking them to a different group due to lack of empathy but So far this office was very prompt and professional what other clinics should learn from.

First time here at this location and everything went great! Previously I took my son to the Spring Valley location in Richardson. I hated going there. My son has autism and each visit the providers there were not helpful at all. The visits were short, vague, and a waist of time. Not only that, every time I needed documents signed and faxed it literally took over a month. I’d call everyday and they’d not answer. I was so skeptical of coming to another location but I’m happy I did. Our visit was on a Saturday which kept me from using PTO at work. We saw Mackenzie Mauss and she is AMAZING!!! She came in ready to educate me on things I didn’t know I could be getting for my son. I appreciated it so much bc as an autism parent we learn as we go and Medicaid doesn’t tell us these things.
