I had such a great experience at this clinic! Ms. Becky Purinton was absolutely amazing with my baby. She was gentle, patient, and comforting, and you can really tell they care about their patients. The lobby was clean and smelled so good as I walked in. The front greeted me with absolute smiles. Myrna was very informative throughout the visit. She was very thorough with taking my babies information. From the front desk to the medical assistants, everyone was amazing and made the whole experience smooth. I felt so comfortable having the lead MA Ana give my baby his vaccines. She was incredibly, gentle and caring. You can truly tell she knows her job. I will be requesting her every time. Highly recommend this clinic!

The New Lead Medical Assistant at this clinic is truly amazing. My baby came in with a high fever, Ana made sure we were brought back immediately we received high quality care without delay. Her attention, compassion, and efficiency truly stood out. Dr. Araujo was incredibly thorough and gentle, and it’s clear she is the best MD in this clinic. I left feeling heard, supported, and grateful. My previous experiences at this clinic were not the best, but things have truly changed. Wait times have improved, and Ana has made a huge difference. I am truly impressed with the staff! From the moment I walked in, Cristina at the front desk welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. Ana, the Lead Medical Assistant, made sure everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and with so much care. Cynthia was incredibly kind and attentive, and Dr. Araujo went above and beyond as always compassionate, thorough, and patient-focused. I’ll be honest: in the past, I had experienced issues with wait times and communication, but the improvement is unbelievable. From the second I called to schedule an appointment, I mentioned in my introduction that I’m a first time mom and don’t know how to book and appt or how to interview the pediatrician, if I could please receive info, the receptionist or call center kept asking me questions I had already answered, like if my son has been there before, is he a patient already, do I have other children who have been there before, asked me his name about 6 different times, misspelled it, misgendered him over the phone when referring to him. They were just clearly not listening to what I was saying. The day of my appointment, my appt was for 9:45 am then at 9:15 am they texted me that it got moved to 10:15 am. For my newborn's first appointment...the lobby is welcoming, my toddler played and watched pbs on the tv while we waited. Others were called pretty quickly since it was my first time I needed to complete the questionnaire and check in. Once called, I had a diaper bag in my left my newborn in a car seat in my right and my toddler by my side, being 6 days postpartum fresh from a c-section I was walking slowly and taking deep breathe physically in a bit of pain. The medical assist waited but did not help me and even ignored some of the comments I made during her check up. Our pediatrician, Karla helped move things out of the way for me and seemed more caring and genuine. Overall experience was okay I might find another location in the future if we continue to have a similar experience .
