I’ve been coming here for years, but this ongoing issue with appointment delays is exactly why I’m canceling my child’s appointments. Today, I arrived at 2:45 PM for a 3:15 PM appointment. It’s now 3:27 PM, and we still haven’t been taken to the back. This happens consistently, regardless of whether I arrive early or exactly on time. I’m always told you’re “a little behind,” but it’s become a pattern, not an exception. As a parent, my time matters. I plan my schedule around these appointments, and the lack of timeliness and accountability is frustrating and disruptive. At this point, it no longer feels respectful of patients’ time, which is why I’ve decided to cancel and seek care elsewhere. Get call back 3:30 is insane

DIRTY. I was literally watching out for the spiders while I waited a whole HOUR for a provider. I only waited to complete the visit as I was already there and took time off from work. And since my insurance hadn’t kicked in yet I paid out of pocket BEFORE the visit which the front desk made sure I was aware they would not REIMBURSE. The PA who eventually saw me was great, but the dirtiness of the room completely overshadowed my experience. I will definitely not be back. And you shouldn’t either.

This is a horrible Dr the MA left my son with a scar on his leg after giving vaccines his leg was swollen as well due to her not giving me time to hold my son with Injecting him he's 4 and the needle bent in his leg due to her moving so fast I was signing for his vaccines when she had done already yanked him down the table and injected him fast she wasn't holding the needle correctly and went too deep with the second vaccine causing him to bleed extremely too much it was dripping from underneath the bandaid no one in the office could tell me how long the MA was in office or had been performing this job she was very rude and snappy I didn't want her to vaccinate my other son due to the harsh treatment she first provided she told me that's how she was trained and that she would get someone

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS PLACE. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. APT WAS AT 1pm its 2:15 and not one question or concern of mine have been addressed. The lady was supposed to clean my son ears out and act so confused as if she didn’t know what to do. Clearly untrained as well! They rush through the service and don’t complete anything. I’m not bringing my kids back and don’t recommend this place to anyone. This is not the first incident of poor communication and failure to care for the patient.

This is the worst place possible, the doctor is like I don’t know how old, doesn’t prescribe medication, tells us to get over the counter, won’t even look into any problems such as allergies, Dr. Hossaini won’t even send a referral to see a specialist, our appointments take so long, there is no professionalism nor patience, when I sat for a checkup, when I was young till 18 now this place has been the worse. If you seek the best treatment for your kids, don’t come here!!! This place is also very unclean, has hairs everywhere, bugs and unclean windows. I seriously will never come back to this place.
