After coming here for years, office girl Aisha refused to charge my insurance and instead billed me. I never got a receipt and she won't answer my insurance's calls so now I can't even get it back through my insurance. $150 down the drain for no reason, she also charged me for tests that my insurance clearly covered. Great Doctor and nurses, the office people are horribly managed and something needs to be done. I'm going to a different office from now on

About as good as any primary. Office staff is for the most part polite, it is clean office, great for basic stuff, but I think the doctor has reached a point where he's getting unorganized and not remembering my health issues. Actually great office compared to anywhere else in Dade and Broward because most places you go are rude and unorganized . just be sure to check your own information with insurance as the office staff is often wrong. But that is typical also of doctors offices. I am giving 3 stars because if poor service is typical, then more stars go to a more perfectly professional polite office. If you give attitude when I know it was right about insurance information is the day you get a review.. because that is a sign of good office management ..its not just one person, so don'

Dr. Pardell has passed away. He struggled with painful illness for some time and worked right through until the end. He was a great doctor. May he rest in painless peace.
