My husband was seen here tonight and let me just say this while the wait was a bit long the care he received was phenomenal. Shawn Mitchell the PA is absolutely amazing! I have never met an urgent care provider who was as thorough and personable as he is. The MA was amazing as well. Super friendly and detailed. However the star of the show was the provider! Absolutely amazing. Thank you Shawn. We appreciate you and you deserve a raise my friend!! 😊

I cannot express how much this visit meant to me. Walking in feeling unwell is vulnerable, but the entire staff met me with such genuine kindness that I felt better before the appointment even began. Dr. Eric Obie is a rare find; he didn't just treat a patient, he cared for a human being. He listened with his whole heart, and in a world where you often feel like a number, he made me feel truly seen and heard. Thank you all for your help today it made a world of difference mind, body and soul.

January 13, 2026 was one of the best days, thanks to God and to the excellent doctors who treated me. A nurse saved my ear, and another young woman treated me in front; she was very kind. They are the best. God bless them.

Don’t bother making an appointment in their website. I made an appointment at a certain time and didn’t go back till an hour after my appointment time. You don’t get to go back if walks are in front of you. 🙄 you will be waiting till they decide it’s your turn finally. The doctors are hit and miss if they are good or not. It will work as last resort but I wouldn’t recommend it as the first option.

Gregory Donaldson, PA is an excellent health care provider. The entire staff from check-in to check out was very professional and genuinely cared. Best urgent care in Williamsburg.
