Nothing but great experiences at this office the staff is kind and attentive when you their assistant. The providers are phenomenal, very professional and attentive in the visits. ( primary care - Jose Polanco, Dr Singh and urgent care- Luigi, Christina, Clara). The Medical assistants (majority of them) do a great job at making your visit easy and pleasant. I have to personally give a shout out to Brenda Figueroa, who I always have as my medical assistant. She is very professional, kind, and patient. She takes her time when drawing blood, which really helps make the process more comfortable. She also communicates clearly with the provider throughout the office visit, making sure everything is well coordinated. Overall, she provides excellent care and makes patients feel at ease.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the medical assistant Leslie Castro’s professionalism and kindness. She was attentive, efficient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Her clear communication and genuine care truly stood out. She has very gentle hands when it comes to drawing blood. I greatly appreciate her support and dedication to patient care.

I had a great experience at Urgent Care. I sprained my left ankle on 2/14 and came in on 2/15 to have it checked because I was in a lot of pain. Angie took care of me and did my vitals. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and very careful while helping me. Even though I was in so much pain, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I want to give my review of Elizabeth's office. From the moment I arrived for my appointment, I was treated with kindness and respect. The doctor's assistant, Deisy, was very cordial and attentive to everything I said. She helped me in every way, speaking with the doctor made me feel comfortable, and she was very respectful and friendly. She treated me very gently, and I found her to be very considerate. I recommend that all medical staff should be like this. I left very happy and satisfied with all the staff. This office offers a very professional service.

I’ve been a patient at this office multiple times and have consistently had good experiences. Whether it’s a scheduled appointment or an urgent visit I’m always seen promptly and never left waiting for hours like at many other places. The doctors and staff are friendly and thorough. At my most recent visit I was especially anxious and stressed and my nurse Brenda was incredibly comforting and compassionate. She truly turned my day around. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received here!
