The staff and the receptionist were great. Dr. Gilpin needs to work on his bedside manner. I assume he’s been in the field so long his compassion and understanding has gone out the window. I appreciate the fact that he was thorough and took a second X-ray to be sure. They were transparent and gave me copies of the X-rays. With all of that being said, the slick sarcastic comments from Dr. Gilpin were not necessary. As a mother I want to be sure my daughter is receiving the proper, NECESSARY care and not being treated for something just to keep the money flowing. Dr. Gilpin’s attitude gave me second thoughts. A little respect and compassion goes a long way.

i called today 5/13/24 to make an appointment for my grandson King and I was prepared for the rudeness from the front desk because this office have a lot of negative reviews about the bad attitude or lack there of,but to my suprised i got Angela Crawford and she was AMAZING.Sometimes you might get a bad apple but this time my lil helper was there.She was GREAT!!! This place is a complete joke. My daughter got hurt and I brought her back here again because it’s the same doctor. We used a couple years ago when she broke her ankle I called the office to find out if they could send my daughter something for pain because she was in a lot of pain and the nurse proceeds to tell me that she was tender where the dr touched and that she doesn’t know why she is in that much pain so that they place a cast on her because she had a sprain leading to the fracture whatever that means. The nurse is completely rude. And on top of that, she proceeds to tell me when a child comes in there whether their is a break, fractured or sprained that they placed a cast on them so they have time for it to rest, so yeah, this place is a complete joke I drove an hour away to come

This rating is not for the physician, I never saw him and have only heard great things. This is specifically for the office in general. My child was referred to this clinic for changes in gait, leg pain, and internal rotation in one of his legs that occurred spontaneously with no indicated fall or trauma. After seeing the pediatrician and running the routine tests, we were referred to this office. It has been over a week and we still haven’t received a call or contact from this clinic regarding an appointment despite contacting them on 3 occasions inquiring about the status of his referral. We were told that we would receive a call by the end of the week which was in 2 days. It has since been over a week and still no call. We then contacted another practice, immediately scheduled a

The people here are so nice and thoughtful. I had a great time. The nurses and doctor was very nice. This place is good.
