McLeod Outpatient Rehabilitation

God forbid you make one mistake and Deb lies. I went to 4 appt in a row. 1 being the evaluation and 3 being the actual pt appt. She tried to say that it was not possible because they only do 2 week appt in a row. Yes I had 2 appt which I went to. Scheduled the next and went to the 3rd. For the 4th appt, I read the times wrong. I thought it was at 4:45pm and the appt was actually 4:15pm I arrived at 4:35. Sure it's my fault but it's also not fair to punish me for one mistake. I rescheduled my initial evaluation appt and that apparently goes against you as not showing up as Deb explained. When i rescheduled my 4th appts, they didnt have availability until 3 weeks out and now they have canceled the day before. Why couldn't they have told me all of this 3 weeks ago? My son's therapists at McLeod Outpatient Rehabilitation are amazing. They are kind and thoughtful, and they are up-to-date on therapy techniques and strategies. They work hard to help us support him at home, and they pay careful attention to his development.

10:40 a.m. October 17th , My work order was sent in a week ago. I did not receive a response so I called as instructed by my physician. I was then told I needed not only the day but also the time of day the order was sent so the rude lady could retrieve it. Otherwise she had no time to lookup my info. So does this mean I don't get my therapy. My arm and shoulder will be crooked and not work properly all because this rude lady was to lazy to lookup my Information?

I went for therapy for a few issues and they were very helpful and provided me with exercises to do at home.

Rehabbed my rotator cuff tear here and im at 100%
