🚨Don't walk RUN FROM THIS HOSPITAL!!!🚨🏃🏼‍♀️This hospital is shady!!! They give you one price and when you pay, they go and bill you again with a much larger price! They told me if we paid the $556 that day we would just pay that discounted price for the ER visit. We paid it in full and now they're trying to bill us another "discount" price of 3 grand! What wicked deception is this?!? Shame on Mcloud! Find yourself a hospital who's honest and upfront about prices and payment. I'm a business owner and if I ever did this to my clients I'd be out of business! This is disgraceful!!!!! 🤢

I dont normally leave reviews BUT...Im currently here for my second stay due to pancreatitis and have been here for 4 days now. The staff for the most part has been attentive and friendly until last night. My night nurse was unbearable and extremely unpleasant. She was rude and snarky when I asked her questions and treated me like a drug seeker when it was time for my meds. I told her about a bed sore on my foot and she said "maybe you shouldn't rub your foot on the bed." She rolled her eyes at me when I explained my pain and the discharge plan the doctor and I came up with. She was terrible and shouldn't be working with people. CAMERAS! NO PRIVACY FOR PATIENTS! I had oral surgery, and for almost two weeks I took my prescribed pain meds as directed (oral surgeon unaffiliated with mcleod). I've struggled with constipation for years, which is also a side effect of the pain meds. So approximately 3 and half weeks of having only one bowel movement; I knew I had to go to the e.r.. I was bloated I was in pain a hemmeroid that was acting up and last but not least blood when I was straining. I was so scared I would go and they would manually extract the poop from my behind, I knew it would be painful and probably the most humiliating thing that could ever happen to me. I was wrong. I really liked the NP that saw my daughter. He was very caring to her. But, the hours that you always have to wait in the emergency room, you would drop dead if it was a really big emergency. I was very happy with the nurse too. But hours and hours of waiting is torcher for people that are there for an emergency. They need more people working to fix this problem.

It's definitely a bandaid station. I think a paramedic has the same capabilities of this hospital. Definitely don't feel safe if something were to happen.
