Lowcountry Urgent Care | Manning

This was my first time I visit and really enjoyed the service I had gotten. Want to thank dr. Leslie for everything she done and the comforting words and advice she gave. She showed me that is concerned and cared about my health and also told me how to continue to take care of myself. Thanks. And the staff was wonderful. Thumbs up to the entire staff.

I made a follow up appointment online last night because I still wasn't feeling well and ear feeling clogged up since my last visit. I arrived at 8am for a 830 appointment and was told I was 5th in line and wouldn't be seen until 10am. I was the 2nd pweson to arrive. I was checked in and presented payment. After 30mins everyone was told to leave and come back in 2-3 hours because no one came in except the receptionist. When requested a refund I was told it would go back to my card in 1-3 weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous. It was bad enough I had to wait 2 hrs for my original appointment on the 26th. My appointment was at 930 and I wasn't seen until 1130 and didn't leave until 130. Now I have to pay another urgent care and wait 1-3 weeks for a refund from this one. Definitely won't be co

The services here is always great and the waiting time to see the doctor was great. I love this Lowcountry Urgent Care in Manning. Today I was seen by Dr. Leslie F., she was very pleasant and have a great personality.

All staff there including the medical provider is always professional, courteous, and very helpful. They are very understanding of us who don’t do AI very well and helps with the registration process. We feel very comfortable and confident knowing we will receive expert diagnosis and care. We’ve been there a few times over the past three years and it’s always good. Thanks for your service and sacrifice for us to need it time to time.

The receptionist was not friendly. Told me you go to a kiosk but failed to mention that I had finish the registration with a text message. She let me sit there over an hour until a nurse from the back kept seeing me and she told me what to do. The receptionist also couldn't figure out my insurance and yelled across the lobby, do you have a co-pay. Ugh. The doctor prescribed me a medicine I can not take. I informed her of that and she did nothing. She literally said oh well. Call your cardiologist. She was extremely rude and I should of never went there and will never go back!!
