At the time, I had no idea I even had a genetic condition, just that my life was extremely difficult, painful, exhausting, and strange. I am sharing this review in behalf of my wife. I am extremely frustrated with my experience with McLeod Hospital. I have been receiving six phone calls a day from three different numbers trying to schedule an MRI that I have clearly stated I do NOT want and do NOT believe is necessary. I called to address the issue, and the woman I spoke with nastily told me that since I didn’t call back, it was canceled — yet I continue to receive repeated phone calls all day long, including while I am at work. The constant calls feel excessive and harassing, especially after I’ve already made my wishes clear. This lack of communication and coordination is unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. I love my provider Anna Lark, and recently got a referral for their Breast Imaging Center and everyone was attentive and friendly.

The staff is nice and friendly, but I took my son there to get checked for open rash like wounds on his leg that I felt was spreading onto his other leg and he was in In pain waited four hours just for the doctor to tell me that he is not a skin specialist and to schedule a pediatrician appointment and they will give me better answers. He does not know what it is. He does not know what it is and to continue to keep doing what I’m doing as a parent because it looks like it’s healing and working. Walked out I did not even wait for discharge papers. That’s how pissed off I was.
