Very professional and pleasant folks. It took way less time than I was expecting. And I never felt rushed. They are Phonak providers. I got the 'Sphere' model and I am beyond pleased. My hearing was complicated to correct but the sharp young Audiology Dr. quickly programmed my devices and got it working with my phone app as well. They also helped me connect my hearing aids to my tv at home. They didn't actually come to my home but they provided the equipment and training needed so they didn't need to. The Audiologist carefully explained every step. 6 out of 5 stars from me.
