They got these two old ladies working in the front desk and boy are they rude- Literally, they look you up and down and they got that judgmental look- As if I’m inconveniencing them. But when an old person walks in as a patient, they treat them nicely. Their phone etiquette needs work and they’re in person. Customer service needs work. No nice greeting just a sign in and have a seat attitude.

Great doctors always attentive to my concerns very personable and very smart. They are willing to take extra time to be thorough and make the best decisions to help your health get better.

My wife and I came here and the nurse practitioner Danette continually made racist and xenophobic comments toward us the entire time. She also kept bragging about how rich she was and how many houses she had, clearly trying to demonstrate her superiority to us. It was extremely insulting and uncomfortable. We did not feel welcome and we couldn't believe the lack of professionalism from her. We won't be back, and we recommend you don't go either.

I had an appointment today, I just moved to the area looking for a new doctor, I had Tonya Drinkall and she was so pleasant . She answered all my questions and concerns and had great conversation. The doctor came in and she was amazing, caring , Compassionate and professional . I would recommend them for all your medical care .

Did not have primary care after moving to area. Abdominal pain resulted in visit to Dr. Lo' s urgent care office. Spencer, NP extraordinaire, quickly diagnosed as acute appendicitis. Within the hour I was in surgery at McClaren, referrals made quickly and efficiently. Have been with N. Mich Med for a couple years now and could not be happier with the care. Everyone there is efficient and pleasant. Special shout out to Jessica, NP, and Tyler in the office. Great people, great doc!
