Mckinney Dental

An amazing dental office. I have been going here for several years, and highly recommend! Front desk ladies are always welcoming and knowledgeable. I literally feel as if I am visiting friends when I go in for an appointment. The dental hygenists are friendly and professional. Dr. McKinney is amazing! He is always friendly and I appreciate that he lets me know if it is time to fix something or it can wait a bit. I tried many other dentists and had less than satisfactory treatment, wait times, unfriendly staff, etc. I am glad that I found the perfect dental practice!

Efficient staff and good management. My dental assistant, Linda, is excellent! She is friendly and does a great job with care and dental cleaning. I’m happy with the results. I have been going to McKinney Dental for several years and am satisfied with the service.

On Tuesday i called & Tracy is always welcoming, @ the front desk. She gave me an expedited appointment for New Year's eve. On Wednesday i saw Gabby, whom is so very accommodating,friendly,thorough & knowledgeable about her assignment. I explained my problem & she handled it to perfection. I love the entire staff. I have been a patient for over 20 years & have never experienced a unfavorable situation with any of the staff nor Dr. Mckinney. I would recommend this dentist to anyone,who wants the job done. The jury is still out on this one. I've only so far had x-rays and gotten a referral for an extraction. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and efficient. So far, so good, but this has always been my experience (at least for the past 30 years) with my two past dentists' offices. I switched here because of a change in insurance–the new carrier has a restricted pool of dentists they work with (a red flag on my insurance carrier). And I did come away with two serious concerns (to me) on this first visit. My wife was told by the office her co-pay on cleaning was $25 (about what we'd been paying before the change). Yet I was told my co-pay would be $75 for the first cleaning and $140 apiece for two additional "deep cleanings." Same insurance–markedly different quotes. Also, I find it difficul

First time visiting McKinney dental and I must say the staff is exceptional friendly and very knowledgeable. Gabby was amazing, understanding and supportive. I would definitely recommend McKinney Dental to everyone.
