My previous dentist went out of network and I hadn’t had an urgency to find an in network option until a gold crown popped off while flossing one evening. The next morning I scrambled to find an in network provider and am so glad I phoned McKinney Dental and Orthodontics. Front office staff were able to get me in the same morning, on a Friday when a lot of dental offices are closed. Emilia and Dr. Wang took great care of me with the urgent situation. Not only were they able to outfit me with a new permanent crown the same day, I was also able to receive my 6 month cleaning. I really appreciate the accommodation and high level of professionalism. I have been going to McKinney Dental for over 10 years. I got a new crown put on yesterday by Dr. Frank Wang and Assistant Caden. The crown fit perfectly and there was no pain associated with any phase of the procedure. Hygienist Shannon Benjamin also did a great job cleaning my teeth as she always does.
