Melissa was REALLY great! I used to go to Imagix but goin to Imagix was like going to a car dealership where they try to sell you something you don’t need the entire time. My experience at McKenzie Family Dentistry was so relaxing and I was in and out and got everything I needed done and taken care of. Definitely recommend!

I recently called to schedule my first appointment, and I wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received! The lady at the front desk, Jessica I believe her name was was amazing. She was incredibly patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions regarding insurance and my granddaughter's care. It was a much better experience than I have had at other dental offices, and you have gained a new patient for life. I feel the need to also share that I found their office through three of my friends that recommended them highly

Love McKenzie Family Dentistry!! The people are so sweet & genuinely care for you & your smile. They explain everything, even pricing VERY well. Online paperwork was easy, and confirmations/reminders were helpful. They rescheduled me during the ice storm & got me in within the same week (amazing considering they couldn’t help that) HIGHLY RECOMMEND, VERY SWEET PEOPLE!!

I usually have a great experience in the office. Melissa was awesome and professional. She gave me great insight and information about my dental health needs. She even explained to me about something that was going on with my tooth that I had no idea needed to be addressed years ago. Overall everything was good.

I’ve been going here for a long time and even though they’ve had a lot of new docs over the years I’ve always been happy with my hygienists so I kept going since the doc is only there for like 30 seconds anyway (side note that hygienists should make more $$). My long time hygienist did leave but I decided to keep going anyway. Well no more. I had an appt scheduled for March 20 at 2pm, I made the appt at my last visit. I got a text in December asking if I could move my appt to 1pm and I said yes. Then I get a text today to confirm my appt at 12:30. I said no it’s 1:00 and they said their office closes at 1:30 so they have me scheduled for 12:30 and said if that didn’t work I could reschedule. When I sent a screenshot of the text where they asked me to come in at 1pm they didn’t respond. Con
