Congratulations to owners/ manager of this stablishement for their supurb choice of professionals to run it. I had the pleasure to be a patient at this facility for 3 months. The level of professionalism and quality of care by the staff are comforting and reassuring. I was cared for by every member of the staff at one point or another during my 14 visits. The consistency in friendliness and professional working relationships among staff was clear as day. The facility is clean and organized. My experience at Mckinzy Crossing made a world of difference in my healing process, and I'm kind of sad for not needing their services no longer. On the last day, I was kind of expecting to hear one of them saying "break a leg"........!

I have been happy with the PT I have received in several visits over the years at McKenzie Crossing Orthopedic Therapy. However, it seems as though the owner(s) do not like to accept Medicare. I had a referral from my Primary Care Doctor to them two days ago. Their receptionist called just a bit ago and told me they were not accepting Medicare patients at this time. This is the third time this has happened in the past 3 years. I'm a retired Economist and know for a fact that they charge $187.00 per session and my Medicare Supplement covers that. My question is whey do they go off again, on again with making $187.00 per session which takes less than an hour. Is greed involved? I do not intend to have any more sessions with them. Unless you have the income to afford $200.00 cash payment

I had pain in my tailbone and lower back area for two decades and assumed it was just something I'd have to live with since it didn't hurt all the time. My primary care provider referred me to McKenzie Crossing Orthopedic Physical Therapy and I was surprised. I had never done physical therapy and didn't even consider it was something I should have tried. I worked with Physical Therapist Nicholas Gammie and I have nothing but nice things to say. He was always kind and professional and made the appointments relaxed and not awkward. The manual therapy was not forceful and it felt like magic in terms of relieving pain. I also worked with two of the assistants, mainly Kate, and both of them were awesome. They did a great job showing me how to do exercises and made it fun instead of overwhelming

Had a left frozen shoulder that Brian was able to fix within 2 months. At initial consult, he also identified an issue I'd had on the right side of my neck that I had not mentioned. I refer a lot of patients to Brian and his team--they are amazing!

I have had a lot of different types of PT, and this office is one of the best locally for helping people with chronic pain, who are then dealing with a surgery, injury, etc. Sadly they don't do chronic pain management, but their techniques work very well for individuals who are in too much pain to move easily. They work to treat/relieve the pain first, and then have you work on strength building/learning to move things effectively. Frequently, I have walked into the office barely moving, and walked out after an appointment, with freer movement and areas of pain relieved. They are a little bit magic, in how they find the areas that you didn't know hurt, and in relieving them you can move again.
