**Highly recommend** The entire team including front desk, financial staff, technicians and Dr. Palmer were such a huge help in answering ALL of the questions my 13 y/o had. The process over the next 3 years was explained in detail so there will be no surprises. They made the process very smooth and quick. Also they did not talk about anything financial in front of my son which I greatly appreciated.

I have taken both of my sons to McInnes Palmer Orthodontics where they have received many treatments over the years and each time it has been a pleasure entering the office. The front desk staff is the friendliest and most accommodating I have come across in any medical realm. Dr. Palmer is amazing at what she does, from always engaging with the kids to explaining everything in layman's terms for me (and them), she is an incredible professional with a very kind demeanor and having both makes her the perfect Doctor for kids. I hated going to anything dental related as a kid and it is AWESOME to have found someone that my kids both enjoy going to see. Not happy with my son's orthodontic outcome. He had better teeth before the treatment than after. After two years in braces, they want more money to correct a gap that formed after the treatment. Surprise fees are also not a good practice. I would find another provider if I could go back.

Both of my girls and I have have seen Dr. Palmer and staff and had a wonderful experience all three times. Everyone is nice, courteous and we have all been happy with our teeth!

Both of my sons have been MPO patients for years, and the experience has been consistently outstanding. Every member of the team, both on the medical as well as the admin sides, is a pleasure to deal with and extremely professional. This starts at the top, as Dr. Palmer epitomizes all of the above qualities. The work they perform is second to none and my boys have ended up with perfect smiles. If I could give MPO 10 stars I would!
