I have been seeing Dr. McGuiness for over ten years, mostly at the Flower Mound location, but now at the Plano location. It’s worth the longer drive because he is simply the best! Had my second Mohs surgery this week, and Dr. Rohani handled it efficiently and successfully. The surgical assistant Brittany was awesome and took great care to make the numbing injections less painful, which I really appreciated.

Dr Rohani and his staff are very professional, kind and compassionate. The clinic is large enough so that you don’t have to go back-and-forth from the waiting room to the exam/operating room multiple times as Mohs surgery can require. This is my fifth Mohs surgery over 12 years with the last two being done by Dr Rohani in this clinic. I highly recommend McGuinness dermatology and Dr Rohani and his staff.

Great Dermatology office. I have seen Dr. McGuiness & Dr. Charest both in Flower Mound several times now. Extremely thorough exams. I’m a sunburned 80’s rat & that’s what I need. They’ve helped me through multiple procedures now & all very smooth. If you need Mohs Dr. Rohani over in Plano is a pro & will fix you up & he & Brittany will take great care of you!
