I was feeling bad for several days and Kayla and Mimi was so helpful on getting me to feel better and that means a whole lot to me and my care was Excellent Thank You Ladies

My experience here at the McGill urgent care and dental clinic was nothing short of amazing! All the ladies I interacted with were so helpful and sweet. Kayla, the assistant, that treats everyone the same from watching her, worked so hard for me to get in today and I was able not only to get my problem seen, but also taken care of! Kayla did everything from console me to sharing my excitement as I left. She's truly an angel! I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Erin Murphy. She is the Dentist and she was so super sweet and did amazing. I was taken care of fast but not rushed. And I am so sorry I forgot everyone's name, but I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Just so you aware. North carolina law requires you to give a good faith estimate for non emergency cash paying customers. Your receptionist denied this from me. I asked her to cosult with the doctor second time to verify an estimate for me and i was denied a second time. I'm sure it must be a great clinic but to be the only clinic so incompetent that they can't give you a cash estimate of the cost to have an ear examined and a prescription given for an ear infection is absolutely ridiculous unethical and illegal Literally the only clinic I ever approached that couldn't answer the most basic question. I'm not gonna get seen and let you bill me whatever you want when it's to late to choose. Learn how to give approximate cash prices on routine visits. Wish I could give you zero stars

Had such a great experience since the moment I called! Mayra is very friendly and helpful, she was able to offer a dental consult within the same day. Dr. Murphy and her dental assistants, Noely and Sanaii, were fantastic! They answered all my questions and explained everything very well. I highly recommend coming here!

Nothing but amazing experiences. Dr Murphy and her assistant Noely are angels. I'm blown away. Additionally front desk Mayra has excellent communication skills and is amazing.
