ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE!!! Try to get prescription here is like watching the ocean dry up! Then you get there (1147) before they go to lunch and they tell you the last ticket is at 1145...no sign nothing on the website, nothing to indicate this...then on top of this they have several pharmacist yet they close to go to lunch instead of staggering the time to stay open. This place has been a nightmare to deal with.

I wanted to give 5 stars and it definitely was 5 until the pharmacy. I just moved to the area and got assigned to Dr. Mollner. I've never had a male PCM and I was a little skeptical but as soon as he walked in the room I was immediately at ease. He gave me his undivided attention, asked me questions, asked me clarifying questions, gave me the floor to talk about everything I needed and he did not rush me at all! He also made me feel heard and not like I'm crazy. He looks great notes and I didn't have to repeat myself or remind him of anything, he was just very present. Even the "awkward" conversations with him wasn't awkward! He gave let me know all my options for care going forward. His bedside manner is also wonderful. Honestly, he was the best PCM I've ever had. Great place honestly, everyone is nice and welcoming. They keep the place nice and clean. I highly suggest staying away from Dr.Marshall. She was incredibly rude, missed a diagnosis and has a way of making people feel stupid. She's not a nice doctor and needs to re-educate herself on bedside manners. This happened on multiple occasions. It wasn't even my choice to have her as a doctor. She was a replacement. Should have kept their patients updated!

Sent for a referral for an ultrasound to dermatology which doesn't even do ultrasounds. Wasted time and believe this was very unprofessional. Completely wasted my time and if this is something bad like cancer then could be vital. Second visit there was a mix up with my appointment time. My PCM was supposedly swamped but there wasn't anyone waiting in the clinic at all. I was still within my visit time, common sense says I could have been seen just to make the referral.

I’ve always had a pleasant time here at my appointments and even my daughters. The MD’s and NP I have seen have always been good bed side manner. Will continue to always come here.
