I was very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. While the dentist and his assistance may be skilled, and super kind. The front desk female staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Their tone and attitude made it uncomfortable to even continue going there or ask basic questions. I went in for an emergency dental visit and was referred to Nova Oral Surgery, who were booked until 2027. The only other oral surgery provider available immediately and covered by my insurance was Aspen Dental, which offers both general dentistry and oral surgery services. However, the office refused to provide a general referral because Aspen is considered a “general dentist,” despite having oral surgeons on staff who could treat me. If I could give them less than one star I absolutely would. Mid last year they pulled multiple of my then 3 year olds (J) teeth, did two lower root canals and crowns with space maintainers. They threatened to call CPS on my family if we didn’t bring any of my children to their appointments. We left their servic because of this and other issues. Earlier this year J had one of the crowns snap at the root, taking the capped tooth and the space maintainers with it. When I called them because THEIR work didn’t last 6 months, their response was that they would take an x-ray but that’s it. As of tonight, my child’s second capped tooth is breaking and holding on by a thread. None of my children have had problems like this. This practice 100% will do what makes them money. If I could give them less than one star I would. Took TEN of my 3 year olds teeth out after talking about only taking 2-3 in OR. Truly believe the surgeon is lazy and would rather fill his pockets instead of helping my son. He said the teeth changed but it had only been 2 months since my son was in office. Do not take your children here if you’re looking for conservative compassionate care because this surgeon did not care that he destroyed my son’s smile at all. Didn’t even schedule a follow up appt.

We had such a great visit today! I called yesterday to see if my son could be seen sooner as his appointment was scheduled out a bit and I didn’t want his cavities getting any worse. We have Fidelis insurance. The kind receptionist found an opening for today and got us right in. We had to wait about 20 minutes which was no big deal! The dental assistant was very kind and chatty once I initiated pleasant conversation, and the sweet dogs roaming around were so fun to pet. Dr McCue was very professional and gentle. He narrated everything as he was going along filling two cavities as to put my 17 yr old son and I both at ease. He was flexible when I requested my son have a panorex done, and he took extra time after the appointment to fill out the clearance paperwork we needed today. As usual,

Dr. McCue was very friendly at first and made me feel comfortable before and after I'd had an extensive procedure. That didn't last long. Because I was very ill the night before a follow-up and left a message to let them know I couldn't be in the following day, I was advised that I didn't give 24 hours notice and no longer would be a patient. The receptionist advised me that I had signed a paper saying such. No...and I was right..I did NOT. The woman had me in tears. At my last appointment I was told that the individual who made the oral accessories was retiring, so I would have to go elsewhere for new fitting. No appointments available until January of this year (which was to be months from then). No referral (I asked for one), no root canal that I needed- and I have not gone back. It's
