1 star added because i didnt have to come back. Was so rude. Treated me like a car at a pit stop. Left me with a half broken tooth for twenty minutes with a numb mouth. The cuts hurt worse after then the extraction. There for hours said very few words to me. Also they were so busy she put someone else's scans in my room.. discussed the patient as if I wasnt there and left again. With his records still in my room.When she finally did work she was soaking my entire face with my and acted as if it wasnt happening. Honestly insane. I paid out of pocket not that it matters. But I shouldn't get treated better at a walmart then I do with someone I trust with my HEALTHCARE. It just sucks to know I paid for this kind of treatment.

I do not recommend going here. Do not waste your time. My husband came in for an extraction, and they do not want to do anything other than regular cleanings. You know the easy jobs!! They’re rude, and dishonest the entire staff. The wait time is also INSANE!

I recently tried to set up an appointment at McCoy's dental for an accident that occurred at work even took some information they needed from compensation. They took the information never called me back I have three teeth hanging out by the nerve and they won't even contact me I do not recommend anyone to use this dentist

Seen them several years ago and it was a positive experience. Recently, I tried calling twice for an emergency appointment (infected tooth) and they just returned my calls. One call two or three days ago and one call a week ago. I fortunately found a great dentist to take care of my problem and would answer the telephone. I think McCoy's communication with patients is unacceptable.

To start off i am terrified of the dentist (mostly because a previous one messed up my teeth sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad and caused major pain) this place was very understanding when i kinda start to freak out (mostly shaking) when the drill was pulled out (even with the toothbrush head) They fixed the teeth the bad dentist messed up. The bad one put oversized buck teeth for my front teeth (and put it over a natural gap which made my gums itch for Y E A R S). I had them recrowned here, asked them if they could make my teeth regular sized and i dont care if the gap comes back. The delivered exactly what i wanted. No more itchy gums from the oversized teeth and they actually look normal now. Had a bunch of fillings put in too because of years of GERD damage and poor genetics (short
