My 84 year old mother spent 6 days in the PT Rehab facility. Our experience was amazing. The nursing care was phenomenal and all three therapists, PT, OT, and ST were fantastic with her, and with the entire team’s help she was able to come home well before anyone thought she would. Everyone there was very caring and attentive to her needs. Definitely a 10/10 experience!!!

Disrespectful staff. Plus they like leaving you in a room for hours without help, been trying to get someone in the room for over an hour. No help and still no one has come to this room for 4 hours now it ridiculous

Now that I have had a couple of days to recover, I would like to give a shoutout and a big heartfelt thank you to the staff of Logan Regional Medial Center! First, let me start with the ER. I thought I was going there to find out if I had a bad UTI or a kidney stone moving, only to discover that it was my appendix. The ER staff was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait, and within an hour and a half of arriving, I knew what was going on with me and they had a plan in action. Then, Dr. Paugh and Dr. Ratliff, a resident from Marshall, came to talk to me about the surgery that I needed. Dr. Paugh explained everything to me in detail and addressed any concerns I had. I would put him up against any surgeon. The O.R. staff, Anesthesia, and PACU nurses were very caring

Julie with MOB Lab in my opinion is the very best. Every time I have to have blood work done I go to Julie. She is very good at withdrawing the blood with no pain. I have taken other family members that are hard to stick and they all prefer Julie.

I normally don’t share personal experiences like this, but I believe it’s important for other parents to hear. My daughter was transferred from one hospital to another because her doctor said she needed to stay for IV treatment and close monitoring. When we arrived at the receiving hospital, the doctor completely changed the plan, said the test results might have been “contaminated,” and discharged her home with a prescription that didn’t align with what the previous doctors recommended. When I confronted the ER doctor, he admitted that the medication he prescribed was ineffective, then replaced it with another that also wouldn’t have worked. That was the moment I decided to leave and that my daughter wouldn't receive proper tx in this facility. It’s terrifying to see that level of care
