McAllen Nursing Center

I like this place. I never expected to be here but I'm so glad I ended up here. The staff is friendly. The administrator and dept mgrs are very attentive. The food is excellent. I especially like if I don't like something they make sure I have other choices. My wound care nurse is very compassionate and has done amazing job on my healing process. Thank you all for doing a great job. I highly recommend this place.

My nieces MIL has been admitted. She says she’s very happy so far with everything and everyone the administrator and staff are very attentive. She’s in good hands.

My father, who is 84 years old, is living in this nursing center for several years, and I can truly say he is very happy to be there . All the staff are kind and caring, and they really make him feel like at home.Yorky and Catrin from Italy

I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional care and compassion shown by the entire team at McAllen nursing center! From the moment my loved one arrived, they were treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. The staff is truly dedicated to providing top-notch care, and it shows in every aspect of their work.

I have a love one there and it’s not great but he’s got no other choice. There’s one or two good nurses & the rest I think are lazy and rude. Oh , yes very very short staffed. When he pressed on the call button it takes them an hour to respond. When the state is there, they are running around with there head cut off. My issue now is I’ve brought so much clothes for him and it’s all missing he’s got clothes that are even his. I’m so upset don’t know what to do. I don’t know if they misplaced it or if there own workers stole it. I will be calling them, they better replace everything. I’ll be reporting this to the state if nothing is done to resolve this issue. The only good thing I can say is that it doesn’t smell like most nursing home. I’ll keep you posted.
