McAllen Family Urgent Care

The doctor that attended me told me a low grade fever wasnt a fever ( 99.5). He has to have some sort of sadist complex because he refused to excuse me from work to recover from a gut infection , when I advise him I worked at a call center and had to sit all day to take calls (i couldn't sit properly) he told me I would be fine by the next day (I wasn't). Overall the service was fast and the nurses were awesome. That doctor however was left a bad taste in ones mouth

Cesar Raul Ramiro and Sergio Best people ever The nurses here are kind and assist us to the best of their ability. I’m thankful with all the staff They actually care about their patients. I’m extremely satisfied with their care and the attention they give us. I recommend this clinic I trust them 💯.

My son was seen by Dr. Arzola. Seen for food poisoning. Excellent bedside manners, very professional. Pleased will all the testing done. Highly recommend McAllen Family Urgent Care.Thank you Dr. Arzola and Staff.

I work 7 days i hate that the time I have for myself. If i have more then one health problem i can only consult one thing at a time. Lucky my morning schedule has change i been here everyday for example back pain, 2nd day lab work, 3rd day , hand injury 4 time lab results and my list keeps on going. The only good thing is the staff are friendly and the waiting time is not to bad.

I was disappointed with my recent experience with PA Cesar Garcia. During a visit for delayed blood work, due to a demanding schedule, I was met with a noticeably unwelcoming and unsympathetic attitude. As a healthcare provider, I expected a higher level of professionalism and empathy. I initially switched my primary care provider to this clinic based on its reputation for effective care, but unfortunately, I will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward.
