I usually do not like to leave reviews but I feel like one is needed because I usually bring my son to this practice and the staff specially the front staff they’re really kind most times and the provider my son used to see when he was a couple months old was the sweetest and kindest unfortunately I do not recall her name. However this time around sometime in June I took my baby because he had high fevers of 102-103 and usually Mc family medical takes walk ins or same day appointments so I called and they were able to see my 1 year old sooner than his pediatrician but now I regret not waiting the extra day for his pediatrician because when I took him my son saw NP NORMA CANO she was rude and dismissive , I told her my son wasn’t eating, had high fevers and was not acting like himself since

The staff at this location are very unprofessional, I have a total of 3 times today. The first 2 calls I was hung up on. The 3rd time I was just on hold. Whom ever answered the 2 calls at first simply hung up after stating I was trying to make an appointment. I’m only calling for an appointment I could only image how sick patients are treated

I had the most amazing experience today at the doctor's. It started with Gabby's pleasant and welcoming greeting as soon as I entered the door. She made sure that I was seen immediately for my appointment and even remembered small details from my previous visit. I went on to have a great checkup with my doctor, as always; however, this time I needed some extra paper work done for my job, and I was introduced to Maria. Talk about being on point! She was already so well informed about what I needed, but she took it even further and found a detail that even I had missed, which was related to my specific issue. I was so impressed. Lastly, there was Bryan. He was a technical wizard. He knew exactly how to access my information from my other doctors and even went out of his way to print out some

Had a emergency today and I called and was put straight on hold. Called again and put straight on hold for 10min each. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what but regardless last time I call this place. Took myself to Novant and figured it out. I have had issues before and customer service is not their specialty. Please I repeat go somewhere not just for your sanity but for your health. Do better MC family medical.
