Mc Dowell Colin OD

Overall, was very nice and kind. However, I called to make an appointment and ask how much a regular eye appointment would be without adding anything and was told it would be around 70 by a lady who worked at the desk up front. I got there and did my filling of paperwork and everyone was nice, and chill. I do what I thought was a regular eye appointment and go to pay and get told it is 244. Much different than I was first told. The lady up front tried to tell me I must have asked a different Walmart but I know I didn't because I made the appointment and asked my question in the same phone call. She said something about a certain test was added and I was charged for that? I was not asked or warned of said test by the doctor, certainly not told I would be charged a whole lot more in order to

This particular office an doctor is wholeheartedly off the chain amazing and awesome... The professionalism he shows is outstanding. He definitely has a heart for his patients and business... I'll always respect an remember him be blessed

Dr. MDowell Colin is a Outstanding Caring Doctor as well as his staff. He takes High Priority, in the Care of his patients.
