I called this doctors office today at approximately 4:15 pm. The young lady who answered asked for my insurance information; when it was provided she stated," We are not taking any new patients at this time". Why couldn't she just simply state that their office doesn't accept certain insurances. This can leave one to think this office discriminates based on your insurance provider. I would not choose this place if I had the insurance they accept.

My family have been going here for 8 years. Dr McCullough and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They handle all situations well and with grace. My glasses and my son's glasses have been bent a few times and they are able to fix them with ease. My older son is partially color blind, Dr McCullough was able to explain this to us and him in a way that put my son at ease and help us all talk through misidentified colors.

My family has been using Dr. McCullough for at least 30 years. He is very thorough in his exam; his staff is friendly and accomodating; his optical staff are helpful and knowledgeable. We drive from Newnan to Jonesboro and it is worth the drive!

Today was my 1st appointment and I am so thoroughly impressed and happy with my decision to come here. I have had an issue that no one else has been able to explain to me but Dr. McCullough took the time out to do just that. He and his staff are very friendly and my appointment went smoothly. Thank you all who work here!

Do not think you could find a better optometrist. Family has used since 1976.
