Great staff, lots of stuff to look at while you're waiting

Even when I fail as a patron and patient, these folks make sure I am taken care of. Recently, I did not follow up with my Dr. On the prescription I have and making sure they sent the refill in. I called after 5 to check on the refill I thought my Dr sent in. Dr. did not send it in. Hometown, was able to provide enough medication based on my history with them, to get me by until my Dr. could call in the refill. These folks care and they understand real life situations do arise. I'm so glad I switched from Walmart for these folks. To the staff. Thank you! I appreciate you all!

I have used Hometown Pharmacy twice this year, coming from out of state to visit family. I was worried that it would be difficult to have my prescriptions transferred and get my usual insurance coverage. I was pleasantly surprised that it was as easy as having my doctor’s office call in my prescriptions and giving the pharmacy my insurance information. I have called in to request refills and also used the automated menu, both times getting fast, accurate refills. The staff are friendly and the copay prices are very close to what I usually pay at a larger chain store.

I love it here. Not only do they have a cute little store they make you feel like home. We just started using this pharmacy and the staff is wonderful

My whole family uses this pharmacy. Everyone here is friendly, plus they deliver. What more could you ask for from a pharmacy? They have also ordered items, (like crutches, a portable toilet & wrist braces) if they didn't have them in store.. The only thing (as with all pharmacies) is the hours should be 24 hours. There is no pharmacy within 30 miles that is 24 hours & that sucks...especially when you find yourself in an emergency situation and land in an er & have medication that needs to be filled right away. Otherwise, this is a great place with very friendly people. My family and I highly recommend!
