Seems there are a lot of negative comments, so I felt compelled to leave a review based on my experience. I think Dr Mayuri Gupta and her staff are very professional. Dr Gupta is thorough and kind, she always asks a series of questions to ensure the protocol is working for me. When I was in the hospital, she had great bedside manner and ensured all necessary tests were run to get a proper diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr Mayuri and her staff.

I saw Dr. Mayuri Gupta for my hemorrhoids. I asked if I could record her diagnosis so I could share it with my wife. She said absolutely not because that is against the law! I told her that is not true; it is legal if both parties agree (my 10 other doctors are happy for me to record their meetings). She said that I could not record her comments. She made a sketch of my problem but would not share it with me. She recommended some medication but didn't write it down for me and her front office person said they would not give me a copy of anything she wrote. It is absurd that they are so secretive about their diagnoses. I will not return there.

Unfortunately, I Didn't have a good experience with Dr. Mayuri Gupta and her team. I noticed that there are many reviews from other patients who also had a bad experience. Today I am expressing my displeasure and do not recommend Dr. Gupta. Patients who expect quality, professionalism and respect from a health specialist should seek out other providers because Dr. Gupta and his team are deceitful. The customer service is horrible, they are extremely complicated. On the day of the appointment, I expected to be seen by Dr. Mayuri Gupta herself, but she sent her assistant named Angel. My primary doctor only asked me to do a colonoscopy, but the assistant recommended doing both, so I agreed to do a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. I was not sure to spending time writing a review for Dr Gupta Gastro Center, but if my experience can help someone else to make a decision, you have to read my experience. I know the comment is too long, but you can have an idea of the lack of professionalism of this people. My husband and I set up an appointment with Dr. Mayuri Gupta, in order to get a Colonoscopy ordered by our primary doctor. We never saw Dr Gupta, her assistant took care of us. We explained our situation (different symptoms of course) and he suggested doing a colonoscopy and endoscopy each one. We set up procedures and future follow up result appointments. This is for me to let Dr. Mayuri Gupta to know what kind of staff is handling her patients. As a patient i think this is very important. I’m supposed to have my 3rd Biopsy for Esophageal nodule and the appointment was scheduled for Nov 14. Schedulers has to choose a facility that is in the patient’s network. In this office this very important rule doesn’t apply. I made them aware that they chose the wrong facility and they told me they will find the proper one - that was on September. On November the 7th I did call them back and ask them what facility I’m supposed to have the Biopsi and they gave me the same facility that they mentioned before - a new mistake.
