You couldn’t ask for better service! It’s never a long wait, they’ve got a thorough inventory, the staff is really kind, and I got to witness the pharmacist bully a drug manufacturer into honoring their discount card which was deeply satisfying.

the owner of the pharmacy told me hormone replacement therapy was no longer covered by medicaid in va because of trump, but that is not true. i’m not sure if he was trying to trick me into paying him for my prescription, or if he was genuinely just uneducated on the matter, but i wish he would’ve just done a google search before providing me false information. thankfully i called my insurance and doctor to verify the information he gave me, and they let me know it was not true. i was able to have my medication covered at the local cvs on broad street if anyone else is having a similar problem.

Staff is very friendly and professional with Mr Scott always busy but takes time to listen with respect!! He has some young people working with him now! Very pleasant people

I have been using the pharmacy for about a year now and I cannot say enough good things about it. The pharmacists and technicians are all extremely kind and helpful—the customer service here is truly unmatched. I will never go to another pharmacy for that reason alone. Additionally, there is never a long wait like at large corp pharmacies. Cannot recommend this place enough!!
