I would like to give a heartfelt thanks to the staff at MayFair Dental (Dr. Isler, Ruth, Jayne, Tonya, and Chela). MayFair Dentistry is truly the best in its class and has set the bar high with excellence, professionalism, customer service, warm atmosphere, and making each client a priority. I can't imagine doing business with another dentist. The cost for my procedure was more than reasonable, and the wait time was minimal. Upon arriving at MayFair Dental, the staff took such good care of me that I highly recommend MayFair Dental to everyone. I truly appreciate Dr. Goodman for having professional and easygoing staff. I’ve had regular cleanings and minor procedures. The office is always clean. My hygienist is compassionate and patient.

MayFair Dental is HORRIBLE. The worst customer service I ever received. I had the same crown replaced by them twice in 2 years. I asked them should I have to pay for 2nd crown because they said it needs to be fixed again and they just did it 2 years ago. I was told they are going to speak with SUE about it. I still had to pay my portion of the 2nd which is unacceptable and not right. The 2nd crown was replaced last month by DR. PROVIZER, he said in front of me and the dental assistant that the margins were off on the crown but he still was going to put the crown on. A couple of days after the procedure, I called MayFair Dental and talked with the office manager Tonya and explained to her the crown is not on correct and I'm experiencing pain and sensitivity in that tooth. I have been going here for about 2 years. I've had some general cleanings and minor procedures. They have the latest technology and are on electronic systems. The dentist, periodontist, hygienist, and all staff are great. They take the time to explain treatment plans, options, and investments. I really appreciate them. I feel like my needs are met and not just another insurance claim. The office itself is beautiful, clean, well lit. The lobby usually has really cool shows playing and a nice free coffee area/water area. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms are available down the hall and in the office. I would be happy to refer my family and friends to them.
