If you are looking for personalized training in a private gym setting this is your place. Fred’s knowledge and attention to detail is what gives you the best result in the safest way. The hours are perfect for my schedule and the strength I have built over the last year and a half is amazing.
Been going to Fred for over 2 years, 3 days a week. We have a love/hate relationship. He loves to torture me and I hate it :) !! But I keep going back.
