Maxem Health Urgent Care

this clinic has always been great. However today's visit as a walk in ,due to my infection,and the young lady with blonde hair probably late twenties I've never seen before was somewhat rude to me. Since you have a pane of glass as a barrier it's hard to hear what they are saying to me. I told her to please speak up that I was hard of hearing and I kept having to say what , what did you say. Then I said please let me see your mouth when speaking and it seemed to disturb her so she looks at me weird then turns her head to the other girl and laughed. So the other young lady who was a lot more mature took care of me. My hearing aids are on the frizts but I had to go in for a bad UTI that's making me feel like poo poo. I've always been treated with respect because I too am respectful. The girl

Was promptly greeted and provided forms, covered as an in network provider, was seen without extended wait. Took vitals, doc came in for consult and exam soon after. They are caring, professional medicals. Chest X-ray done onsite, diagnosed with proper Rxs called into my pharmacy while onsite. More urgent care facilities and staff can take notes from this group! Thank you all!

I was sick & feeling horrible. I found Maxwm Health thru the Aetna website. I went there and was treated so kindly & efficiently. I was in/out in 30 minutes w/necessary meds phoned into CVS. As an out of stater, I truly appreciate this important resource. Thank you!!

This urgent care is always clean and the staff is always friendly. This particular visit of course, was full of sick patients but the wait time still wasn’t bad as it would have been going to an hospital. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone who is looking for a great staff who cares about the need of the patient and not long holding wait times before getting seen.
