Horrible customer service, wish I could leave zero stars truthfully but I’ll chalk it up to that star belonging to the only rep who had some sense, wish I remembered his name. They do what they want to do with your meds and get extremely upset if you politely ask them to contact your child’s pcp before substituting medications like the doctor ASKED me to tell them prior to calling, I was at the doctors office when I called. While i acknowledged it may have been a human error I still was rudely told “we don’t HAVE to call her doctor” then hung up on. Upon calling back hoping it was a disconnection the rep I spoke to apologized for his MANAGERS unnecessary outburst then helped me find a better pharmacy. Idk what that lady was going through that day but it wasn’t my fault so please don’t fill
