Max S. Mancillas, OD

I've been seeing Dr Mancilas for almost 9 years now and he's awesome. His receptionist is excellent as well. I never have to leave a voicemail for anything, all my questions, appointments, or anything else gets taken care of right away. Ordering contacts from them is also great, they are always happy to ship them to you or let you pick them up when they arrive and pay then. Great people!

My experience today was as great as it possibly could have been. The staff at the front desk were very kind. Dr. Mancillas was knowledgeable, and he really took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. Then, the office manager really bent over backwards to see if my insurance company would help cover some of the costs. She made phone calls, was very thorough and seemed eager to and happy to help. I never post reviews, but this was just a great place. I highly recommend it.

I’ve only been once but had a great experience. Dr. Mancillas made an effort to get to know me and thoroughly answer my random questions, such as, “Is there a difference between generic and brand name saline?” (There is!). Would definitely use this provider again!

I've been going to Dr. Mancillas for my glasses and contacts since I was young! He's awesome about explaining things to me especially since my eyes need a lot more correction then most people. He's always looking out for my best interest!

The Dr goes way beyond the duty of trying to get my contacts correct. I have a difficult prescription and he hangs in there with me to work on getting the contact lens to fit. Wonderful staff as well.
