Matt is very thorough and focused in his approach to massage. He discussed any problem areas, checked in on pressure throughout the massage, and created a calm and relaxed atmosphere for a truly great massage. He used very effective techniques, some that I hadn't experienced in over 10 years of getting massages but were wonderful for loosening up my tight muscles. Highly recommend!
