MassOMS - Newton

If you need to get your wisdom teeth out I highly recommend MassOMS. From the consultation to the removal everything was extremely easy, Dr.Samman is extremely good and I had little to no pain during and after the procedure. 10/10 procedure.

I have had three dental implants completed at the Newton Corner location. Dr. Keyser is efficient and his staff very supportive during all the procedures. Dental work is never fun and they do try to minimize time necessary for the dental implant surgery. Be aware their prices do not include crowns. That is additional $ with your regular dentist. These are reasonable fees.

I have had a lot of issues with teeth. I have had mostly negative result with oral airgeon and the plan to extract them. I was led to massOMS, and I can’t stress how amazing they are. They made me feel comfortable and like my case was important. They were quick and I got my appt right away. Dr. Keyser is such an amazing man and surgeon. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with such a scary painful lprocedure TWICE.

Overall, this was not a great experience compared to other dental clinics I have visited. I typically don’t leave Google reviews unless I feel it is absolutely necessary to inform others. First, I had to wait over 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time without any explanation. When I inquired, the receptionist said they would check with the dentist, but even then, I had to wait another 10 minutes before finally being seen. When I eventually met the dentist, I was told the delay was due to being short-staffed. While I understand that staffing issues can arise, it raises the question of why appointments were scheduled in a way that resulted in such long wait times. I recently had 2 erupted and 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Keyser. I have had a bad experience with another oral surgeon in the past and was anxious for my surgery. Dr Keyser and the rest of the staff at Mass OMS Newton made me feel comfortable and reassured that the surgery was going to go well. Dr Keyser is an incredible surgeon with a lot of compassion and great bedside manner. He even called me the night after the surgery to see how I was doing. I had minimal swelling after the procedure and was back to eating solid foods within a week, and I believe that was because I had such a great surgeon. If I ever need oral surgery in the future or if someone I know needs advice on where to go, I’d go back to and recommend Dr Keyser and his team in a heartbeat.
