Renell is very educated in the body and traumatic stress we put our bodies through. She uses her knowledge and experience to access your individual needs and design massage that will bring you relief and deep relaxation. She has a warm, clean and cozy studio that is very welcoming. I consider myself very lucky to have found her and get deep tissue massages 1-2 times a month.

Renell runs an amazing holistic practice. I have visited with her many times and each time have left her office feeling amazing with sustained benefit. I have sent many of my family members to her and would recommend her services to anyone.

I came in with a Sciatic nerve issue, and some pain. Somehow Renell worked through it, with special movements and a great relaxation massage. She also gave me some tips on how to handle the discomfort, with simple exercises. She is extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. I have gone back and am looking forward to the next massage.
