I arrived thinking I would receive a little bit of relief from my daily hip pain but what I found was a hidden gem. Josephine is absolutely fantastic and I can't say enough about the relief she has given me. Even my wife says I am moving faster and easier everyday. I use to have daily hip pain and stiffness but Josephine has alleviated most of my issues and I am now on a monthly basis getting a touch up session to make sure my body doesn't tighten back up.
