Linthicum Pediatrics

We love Linthicum Pediatrics! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and we love Dr. Amanda Thompson, she is a sweetheart and takes the time to explain things to us in a way that makes sense. The patient portal they use isn't as user-friendly as I've experienced with MyChart, but I wouldn't dock them my 5 star review because the practice is so great.

We have been going to Linthicum Pediatrics for the past 7 months since our son was born and have nothing but great things to say. The entire team is incredibly kind, accommodating, empathetic, professional, and responsive. We feel very grateful (and lucky) that we chose them to provide care for our baby since he was born. 100% recommended and we will continue to go here as long as we live within the area.

We’ve been patients at this practice for 9yrs. The medical care team and staff are all top notch- literally my children at some point have seen them all and would gladly take an appt with any of them. Dr. Ansari holds a special place in our hearts though as someone who truly cares for her patients and strikes a rare balance between clinical and holistic care. She also kindly offered part of her lunch break once to fit us in! Mica and the rest of the nursing/office staff always have smiles and kind words no matter how hectic their day!

I strongly do NOT recommend this practice. Appointments are almost always unavailable, and the office insists that same-day appointments can only be requested in the morning. As a parent, this policy makes no sense—how is a child supposed to get sick only in the morning? Children can become ill at any time, and this rigid system leaves families without care when they need it most. On top of that, the providers are not attentive. The most serious issue we experienced was a dangerous medical mistake. In the past, the staff did not properly review my son’s allergy information and gave him medication he was allergic to. Because of this, my child suffered from hives for an entire week. This should never happen, especially in a pediatric practice. Between the lack of access, poor communication

We love linthicum pediatrics! My daughter just had her well visit and she was counting down the days until she got to see Dr. Megan! She’s so fun and caring, but also informative and straight to the point. The rest of the staff is also amazing! The office is always clean and comfortable. The rooms have beautiful murals painted in them, which is great for playing I-spy while waiting to be seen!
