Massage Ultimate & Thai Massage

Made an appointment. I arrived, placed credit card on the table. Owner took card, ran it and it obviously was approved. By this time I am on the table, for time I had just paid for. Owner walks in and insist that I sign. I ask if my signature can wait until massage is over. She then storms off and says she will refund my charge. The place was empty. A very transactional atmosphere— absolutely no good energy. I think she feels that the photograph she has with Charlie Baker (in a cheap frame) makes her a savvy businesswoman. Would never go back and would not recommend.

Service and massage was great the owner is wonderful at massages but I also see a young lady there as well. Very nice place, and I understand y they collect money before the massage. Imagine giving someone a massage then after, they dont want to pay. It’s just a policy. Honestly not a bad policy if you know your getting a good massage. I recieve walking on back which I never received before anywhere else. I only wish they did hot stones as a add on to your massage or even a shower

Becareful who you get a massage from. There are a lot of transgender working there. They lie and when you ask if they are trans .and it's really a man. They only one that does a great job Is maria. The place has poor management. Maria get a 5 star

Maria was so good!! Best massage I have ever had. I am on my feet for a living and I needed a good massage. Absolutely incredible. I had a headache when I came and when Maria finished it was gone!

Very unprofessional and rude. I called to book an appointment and was hung up on twice because she didn’t understand. I would not call nor go here they need to be shut down. Rudest people ever !
