Massage Serenity Spa

I have NEVER left a bad review in my life. I paid 50$ for a 30 minute massage ..plus she added 10$ for ‘more pressure’ (which still wasn’t hard enough). She told me about 10 times my back was ‘too strong’ (I go to the gym) then asked for tip ..I paid 72$ for 30 minutes. That’s over double of any other Asian massage parlors. I was robbed !

I went in for a massage and it was the worst experience I've ever had. It was so unprofessional, I asked for a deep tissue massage and had to pay up front. Got in the room and once she got started we were literally interrupted by the phone ringing and she had to answer it every time (about 10 times), for fear that it could be a lost customer. Then the front door rang and she stepped out of our massage to answer the door at least 3 times. To say that I wanted to hop off the table and just leave is an understatement, but I felt that I needed to stay since she already charged my credit card. She also proceeded to get on top of the massage table with me and applied so much pressure that I was indeed sore and bruised the next several days. Then as I approached to leave, she insisted on me

This morning I had an appointment, and I had the most relaxing massage. Ms. Judy was very much the professional, and I came out feeling wonderful! I will definitely be going back!

This was probably the best massage, I have ever had. Judy, found every knot in my neck and shoulders. She spent a ton of time and energy making sure she understood where I was feeling knots and tension. She did a full body massage that incorporated hot stones, massage and stretching. It was fantastic. I don’t want to ever be as tense as I was ever again, but I am looking forward to booking another session with Judy!
