I’m in shock at how much better this massage was than any other place I’ve ever been to. I have had great massages before. But if I could rate this place a 10 out of 5 I would. Lala was my masseuse and when I said strong pressure she brought it! I’ve never had anyone relieve the tension on my hips like that. Amazing job I will absolutely be back.

I was little nervous coming into the massage with the whole walking on your back thing… but who knew that’s just what I needed! I’ve been working out hard in the gym and she was able to get every knot and kink out of my neck and back. As a physical therapist I can say the stretching she did was a 10/10. I will definitely be back! Layla was great. Price point is excellent as well!!

I had a wonderful experience at this massage shop. The service was excellent from start to finish. The owner is very kind and beautiful, and the staff are professional, polite, and truly skilled at massage. The place is very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for quality service and a peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely come back again!

I moved to Dallas right around when this spot opened, and boy am I glad I found it! I am always pleased with my service - Lisa especially did an amazing job today focusing on some areas where I’ve been experiencing pain. Easy communication, booking, lots of add-ons/offers. I usually want Thai combo with deep tissue / sports massage type pressure, but have come with a friend who enjoyed her more relaxing Swedish style massage too! Highly recommend adding Massage Refresh to your wellness routine.

I just received the best massage I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had a lot of massages!!! This one was 20 out of 10 experience!!!! Cindy Is who worked on me and she blew my mind with how attentive and mindful she was with every part of my body that she worked on. I prefer firm pressure and often it’s not done extremely well, either too firm or just painful in the way that they approach it, she thoroughly impressed me. it was like she listened to my body and knew exactly what it needed. I typically don’t get add-ons, but I did get the tiger bomb that they have and I’m so happy that I did it as it helped amplified my massage and really did justice. Even if you don’t love firm massages, I believe that you would still thoroughly enjoy your service. Cherry on top? It is not crazy pricey!!
