If they actually follow through and schedule the appointment that they tell you that they have scheduled you for, this place is great. Very capable therapists and relaxing atmosphere. They really seem to be in tune with what your therapeutic needs are. However, when you walk in on time for your appointment and they claim that you have no appointment, that is not very relaxing and your stress level rises and you leave with a big whole in your day where you thought you were to be having a massage. Frustrating. Recommendation - come here - they really are great. However, double and triple check appointment times with them prior to your appointment, getting it in writing and taking the name of the appointment-taker. Good luck!

Been here twice already. Great day spa in Federal Way. Love it here! I always leave feeling relaxed. Jackie did a really good job and i would gladly recommend her. Thumbs up!

I do not recommend giving this “spa” your business! There are many other better options in the federal way area! The owner and the office manager are completely rude! I had been a customer for a decade and came in for many different services over the years. I was treated so horribly by the office manager when they didn’t read the notes on my online booking. It’s a very long story and they were completely unjustified to treat me so horrible! It’s been a year and I still cannot believe how I was treated here! It was that bad!!! I promise you will find a better/nicer/classier spa than MFHDS! I’m a business owner myself and would never in a million years treat a loyal customer like Suzanne treated me! Disgusting!

I had a REALLY negative experience here. I was injured in an auto accident while on the job. Massage therapy was recommended (6 sessions) by my doctor to be paid through L & I. I gave the girl on the phone my L & I claim number and she stated that she could not book my appointment until after L&I approved my claim (L&I told me that they could but that some businesses choose to wait). When my claim was approved, I called back and scheduled my appointment. I chose this facility because it looked spa like and was close to home. I arrived excited, but when the receptionist (not smiling) asked me for my claim ID (the one i had given over the phone) and referral, I explained that i didn't have these and that they were at home. She flatly replied that they need them. I again explained th
