I wish I can give that more than five stars! Dr. Chen and her staff are amazing! Her office manager is kind, compassionate, and efficient! They all are! There was such ease scheduling from the very first appointment. The doctor listens to you and doesn't treat you like you're drug seeking. I am 60 years old and I have had a lot of issues that causes chronic pain in my body. She has done wonders for me. I would recommend her over any other pain doctor, or pain clinic! There's no doubt in my mind that she always has the patients best interest at heart! Thank you all!

Dr. Xi Chen, is such a wonderful doctor she is so kind. She listens and she truly cares about you. Her injections are incredible seamlessly?You don't even feel much at all.And she's just so kind with her words telling you what she's doing next. Honestly I didn't even know I was getting shots in my neck and my shoulders.I could not feel it very much at all. I just say thank you to the universe for giving me another wonderful doctor. 🌷🌷🌷

I love this office. Everyone is so friendly and Dr Chen really makes me feel heard. She takes the time to listen and provides helpful, nonjudgmental feedback. Scheduling is simple most of the time. Some services have less scheduling flexibility but they do what they can to accommodate

Been dealing with a debilitating work injury since August. Dealing with Labor and Industries is frustrating and dehumanizing in ways you can’t imagine unless you’ve been there. I was deeply depressed by my diagnosis, high levels of pain, and feeling like no one cared. This office is perfection. From the warm welcoming waiting room and check in process with smiling, kind, compassionate, highly organized, friendly, professional, prompt front office staff.
