I booked my birthday massage here, and I just want to say from the moment I called in Michelle answered & I was greeted with warmth professionalism, and kindness. I explained I wanted a 90 min massage with minimal talking as I just wanted to relax, and dose off. She assured me I would be with Isaac a professional who would ensure my massage would meet what I wanted. Needless to say I’ve been to many massage places, and this is a clean environment the moment you walk in it feels refreshing the two gals at the front desk were smiling, and greeted me immediately to check me in. As Isaac approached me he made sure to clarify that my lash needs ( not having my face smashed into the head rest) the firmness of my liking, the lighting of the room, and temperature of the bed were exactly what I lik

It's my first time at this location, and Jaden was awesome! He recognized the issue I was having and used firm strong massage to work it out. He had me extend my aren on one side while working the other side to help open my pecs and I appreciated the focused attention to my neck and back. He was calm and mellow, and I just really appreciated the clean seating area and bathroom too.

Meagan is an exceptional massage therapist who possesses a profound understanding of knowing what to do. Her professionalism and expertise are evident in every session. Having been in her care for several years, I can confidently say that she is the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. I extend my gratitude to Meagan for her exceptional service.

First time at Massage Envy in Puyallup. The desk clerk helped me get back up to date quickly and easily because I've been away for more then a year. Tanya is excellent therapist if you like a soft touch. The facilities were plain looking but clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit crowded and watch out for pot holes in the parking lot.

I am general dentist who buys massage gift cards for my staff every year. Have gotten from a different massage envy before, and get them every year. I called on Saturday and told the girl I needed six gift cards for my staff, could we start the process over the phone.She said no, I had to come in. I told her I would be there before they closed. I raced across town in terrible traffic, arrived before they closed and told her I was there for the six gift cards that had I called about. She then told me she could only sell me two, not 6, after telling me to drove across town to come in. I was not happy. I tried to reason with her. She gave me some line about being new, and about fraud, that two cards is all she could sell. She treated me like I was a criminal bc I wanted Six gift cards, and th
