Massage Envy

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for over a year up in Apple Valley, and recently moved to the area. I saw Alma today for 90 minutes and she did a fantastic job hitting spaces other therapists have been too scared to do. I also loved that this space had a quiet area and a tea bar. Apple Valley’s space is smaller and didn’t have this luxury. I will be coming back and trying to get my partner to come as well :)

I went in for a 3 pm facial. My arrival time was 2:57. I was on time. My facial didn’t start until 3:19 and ended at 4 pm on the dot! Last I checked facials are 50 minutes. Not 41 minutes!!! On top of that the esthetician was rude. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because she was knowledgeable but her customer service was awful.

Maria O. is the most amazing massage therapist, I'm so glad I found her! I love her style, technique and attention to detail. It never feels rushed with her and always so relaxing.

I’ve been a member at ME for about six months. I’ve been getting regular massages for some deep muscle knots, facia release, etc on some old injuries. All of the therapists I’ve seen are really good - a special shout out to Bethany at the Murrieta Hot Springs location. She really knows how to get into the muscle deep and work through the problems. She obviously cares a lot about her clients and helping to restore their health.

I’ve visited several massage therapists and none seemed to listen well to my personal needs. I’ve got Parkinson’s Disorder with extreme rigidity and I know my body better than anyone. Mrs Paola did an amazing job addressing these areas and I signed up for the 12 month membership because of her. You won’t be disappointed, give her a try at the Murrieta location.
